Information Point for the Town Centre

Frome has an Information Point in the Black Swan for 3 months during the Summer, manned by volunteers to provide information re: Arts and Events in and surrounding Frome.
The opening times will be: Tuesday – Sunday 10am – 4pm.
There will also be a hotline at the point to the Customer Advisors at Frome Town Hall for visitors to the service who need more particular information and advice or to buy tickets.
Lead by Councillor Jean Boulton, she said “This information Point in the centre of our town is essential to help support visitors and residents alike. And as such to support a vibrant and engaged community. It also helps to provide another link to the expertise that is currently centred at the town Hall. I look forward to working toward making it a reality over the next month”
The information point is staff by volunteers. In an instance where we are unable to have a full compliment of volunteers we will remain closed. To become a volunteer please email info@frometowncouncil.gov.uk or call 01373 465757
