Mindfulness offers a different way of relating to our life and experiences, and can help us discover more pleasure in small or unexpected moments, and greater freedom to deal with the struggles and stresses of life in a calm and constructive way.
The workshop is an ideal way of getting a ‘taste’ of what Mindfulness is about. During the workshop you will be given more information on mindfulness. We will practice some simple mindfulness meditation and gentle mindful movement with clear guidance from teachers.
You can do the Introduction to Mindfulness workshop as a stand-alone, or as an introduction before you decide whether to take part in an 8 week MBSR/MBCT or 8 week Mindfulness for Wellbeing course.
