Increase energy, improve fitness, calm body and mind.  Suitable for all fitness levels.  classes are friendly, focused and fun.  Beginner to advanced training.  Corporate training, day workshops, experienced instructor.  Day/Evening classes.

Beginners courses start September 2014.  First lesson free.
