Tell Me The Truth About Love: Art, Song, and Opera Evening

An evening of songs and duets which wanders playfully around the theme of love. With a programme spanning almost five centuries, and which includes the baroque, the operatic, art song and cabaret repertoire, there will be music to surprise and delight all: from Purcell to Puccini; Mendelssohn and Monteverdi; Britten, Gershwin and more. Soprano Julia O’Connor and mezzo-soprano Marie Elliott enjoy international singing careers and have sung with the ENO and Glyndebourne Opera respectively.
