This 2-day facilitation training course is designed for people who manage teams, work with groups in the community, run events, chair meetings and facilitate group coaching sessions, and would like to learn more about making groups effective.
It draws on a number of theories of groups but in its essence, it is a practical, hands-on training which draws on the experiences of the participants to develop skills and build confidence in running groups.
