It is a traditional non contact Okinawen Goju Ryu based Karate, with Aikido, Xingji, Bagua Quan and Judo elements.
New Karate Class for Children 4-16 years old starting in the HubNub Centre on Tuesday at 16.00-17.00 starting on the 11th of September.
