Traditional Hatha yoga class at Frome Town Hall every Thursday.
Kat teaches traditional Hatha yoga postures in the style of the Sivananda tradition with special breathing practices to bring a stillness to the mind. Unwind after a busy day and drop in to that Friday feeling before hitting the pillow on Thursday night.

Places are VERY limited, max 7 people. A 6 week pass must be bought at the start of the 6 week block and used consecutively. No drop-ins due to space.
