Know your Numbers at Gracewell

In support of the “Know your Numbers” campaign by Blood Pressure UK, we’re inviting you to our home to get your blood pressure checked by one of our own Nurses. There will also be a fun quiz with lots of information on blood pressure, including how to maintain a healthy heart.
Everyone is welcome and complimentary refreshments will be served.
