Learning to breathe deeply and consciously has been proven to reduce stress and anxiety levels. It has also been proven to provide health benefits as the less stressed we are, the less strain we put on our organs such as the heart.
In these 30 minute sessions, we’ll practise various breathing techniques to improve our ability to take a deep breath and be conscious for it. We’ll vary the techniques each week. We’ll learn how to breath effectively and a little bit about the respiratory system.
It costs £4 per session to join. Drop-ins welcome. No need to buy a monthly pass.
