Are you interested in strengthening your capacity to stay calm and kind during these challenging times? Why not try starting your day with thirty minutes of peaceful Heartspace?
Heartspace consists of a gentle half-hour of online guided reflection. It’s suitable for everyone, and a great opportunity to taste what meditation and mindfulness are all about – or just to enjoy a peaceful start to the day in the company of friendly and like-minded people. Some of the Heartspace group are regulars, coming along every weekday, while others drop in when they feel the need. There will be a particular welcome for newcomers during the week of the Kindness Festival.

Heartspace has been offered by The Good Heart every weekday since April 2020 and is led by a team of experienced meditators and facilitators. This event falls within the practicing kindness theme in the Kindness Festival.
