A fun and enjoyable hour of gentle self-care to raise the mood and bring relaxation. Everyone is welcome. It is especially suitable for anyone who finds standing for a long time challenging, or who is in a wheelchair.
One of the Kindness Festival’s Self-Care Lunchtimes, this session will be led online with participants seated throughout. It will include some gentle self-massage, movements and stretching to help ease the joints and improve circulation as well as simple breathing work.
Terésa has been helping people of all ages and types to ease and move their bodies for over 30 years, focusing on listening to and trusting each body to know what it needs.
