To celebrate Earth Day we are running a silent disco in Rodden Meadow, Frome on the 22nd April at dusk (7-9pm).
We are running two channels of sing along, dance along hits and D.I.S.C.O!!!!
Sunday’s outing was such a joyful experience with the meadow providing a beautiful backdrop to the liberating dancing.
There is no parking, nor water or toilet facilities on site – the nearest toilets and parking are in the Cattle Market car park close to the Cheese and Grain. You can leave to use them (we will be stamping pass outs).
Access is strictly on foot, bicycle or other non-motorised vehicle but we cannot accept responsibility for the security of any such mode of transport nor personal belongings while you are dancing (so you’re probably best to walk from Frome town centre and bring nothing but a bottle of water and your dancing feet).
Wheelchairs can access the site via grass paths through the meadow but may require a little assistance if the ground is soft underfoot.
This is not a structured class, you are free to dance however you want to!
This event is hosted with the permission of Frome Town Council.
We can’t wait to see you and give thanks to the earth and the universe!
We are in the process of redeveloping the Discover Frome website, and invite you to share your views on the current site with us.
