Frome is home to many well-established and popular markets, as well as a variety of restaurants, cafes and pubs – most of which serve local and seasonal produce.  

Frome’s many markets are diverse in what they sell and produce, markets include:

• The Frome Independent which takes place in the first Sunday of every month from Spring until December
• The weekly Frome People’s Market (Wednesday and Saturday)
• The Frome Country Market held at the Cheese & Grain every Thursday
• The Frome Farmers Market held on the second Saturday in every month also at the Cheese & Grain

Local food and drink can also be bought at a number of delis and other outlets in the historic town centre – which you can explore here. These range from traditional food served in cafes and pubs, to more experimental cuisine and vegetarian and vegan eateries.
