Willow Festival at Rodden Meadow

Frome Town Council is hosting this event on Saturday 2nd April.  The event will see a living willow tunnel created – with members of the public helping to plant it.  The Carymoor Environmental Trust will be at the festival to provide expert advice and hands on guidance for this.

There will be family friendly workshops throughout the event, where people will be able to drop in throughout the day to make willow keep-sakes to take away.

Also, a chance to see the new willow arbour in the meadow and look at the river improvement works that volunteers have helped with over the last couple of weeks.
