MIDSUMMER DUSK

Midsummer Dusk was written by celebrated Frome Poet, Playwright, and author Crysse Morrison.The play was first performed in 2015 at the Dissenters Cemetery in Frome, where Crysse now rests. Originally directed and co-produced by Rosie Elliot, Debbie Beale has now taken on the site specific piece for this year’s festival, which tells the stories of some of the residents of The Dissenters’ Cemetery, including a WWI soldier, bringing their stories back to life.
