THE MINDFULNESS FOR WELLBEING WORKSHOP is an introduction to mindfulness for wellbeing, practicing simple yet effective mindfulness exercises, and presentations on the theory and science of mindfulness. The workshop will address themes such as Doing mind vs the Being mind; Awareness of thoughts, feelings and bodies; Dealing with difficulty; Rebalancing life, etc
