Bakoso Documentary Film Screening

Experience an evening of Cuban music, culture and history told through the eyes of DJ Jigue. Travel to his hometown of Santiago de Cuba to find inspiration for the African-Caribbean musical fusion, Bakosó, through stunning visuals and scoring.

The documentary will be accompanied by a Q&A session with Kamerum Cuba – and, of course, some fine Cuban rum!

The event will be hosted by Deiya, a Spanish language and cultural immersion enterprise founded by Frome resident Charlie Wilson.
