Eli Massey is a 17 year old bassoonist from Andover. When she was nine, she began her studies at her local primary school, where she was introduced to the bassoon. She joined Wells Cathedral School as a music specialist, aged 11 and since then, her career has progressed rapidly. Since 2024, she has participated in various competitions such as the Rotary Young Musician Competition (2nd place), the Windsor Maidenhead Concerto Competition, and the Wells Cathedral School Concerto Competition (1st place) as such, Eli will be performing the concerto with the Wells Cathedral School Symphony Orchestra July 2025.
