Grow your confidence, calm your mind, and connect with your body. This 8-week course is designed for pregnancy and to help you prepare for birth with strength and ease.

– Biomechanics & yoga-based movement to feel strong and aligned
– Mindfulness techniques to stay calm and centered
– A nurturing group space to connect and learn

Thursday evenings at 6pm at Rise in Frome.
