The architecture

Frome has the most listed buildings in Somerset – as you walk through the town centre you will see many of them – look out for The Blue House built in 1726 as an almshouse and boys’ school and Cheap Street – part of the medieval street pattern with a leat (spring) running down its centre. There have been shops here since 1500.
