Pick your Own Pumpkins this October half term
Palette & Pasture and Eastcote Farm are both offering pumpkin patch delights for families this half term.
Palette & Pasture are open every weekend during October, as well as every day during half term. PYOP with Palette & Pasture.
Eastcote Farm are open 19th – 20th October, then every day from 26th – 31st October. PYOP with Eastcote.
Raving Rascals Halloween Rave: 26th Oct
Bass Beatz are putting on a Halloween rave at Rook Lane Chapel, open to all ages. Complete with tuckshop, fancy dress competition, bouncy castle, plus a chance to win a free ticket to their Christmas rave.
Halloween Party @ The Assembly Rooms: 27th Oct
Join in the spooky fun at the Assembly Rooms’ kids Halloween party. Dancing, disco, food and drink for the children as well as a sweet cone to take home – children must be accompanied by a responsible adult!
Holiday Camp with IG Sports Coaching: 28th Oct – 1st Nov
IG Sports Coaching are offering a whole host of activities during October half term, from fundays to spooky arts, crafts, a Halloween party and so much more! Unfortunately there are no HAF spaces available for this half term – follow the link to book your child’s space.
Halloween Party @ Frome Library: 29th Oct
Frome Library are putting on a Halloween party with Purple Elephant and Sprouts! Fancy dress highly encouraged. You can expect Halloween crafts, play and takeaway toys and some guerrilla gardening.
Half Term Holiday Forest School: 29th Oct
Shared Earth Learning still has a few spaces for Half Term Holiday Forest School fun on our site at Vallis Veg in Frome on Tuesday 29th October only. Sessions can include: games, a campfire, cooking, creating things with natural materials and/or clay, building dens, activities like tree ID or watching/ listening to nature. Relaxing and chatting in hammocks or free play for those who want to, storytelling, whittling and more!
Play Trolley – on tour!: 31st Oct
Come along to a free scrap play session with The POD in Weylands. The popular Play Trolley in Victoria Park is going on tour, bringing weird and wonderful scrap to green spaces around Frome for some fun and imaginative play.
No booking necessary – just bring some suitable footwear and your creativity!
Halloween Party @ Victoria Park Community Café: 31st Oct
Victoria Park Community Café are also holding a frightfully fun Halloween party! Games, music, crafts, food, fancy dress and prizes to be won.
Halloween Musical Theatre Workshop with Danceworks: 31st Oct
Danceworks will be running a Halloween themed musical theatre workshop for children reception age and over. You will have the opportunity to learn some Halloween songs and some spooky moves!
Halloween @ The Awesome Studio: 31st Oct
Head to The Awesome Studio for an evening of family friendly fun. Carve a pumpkin, get involved in the kids neon zombie rave! Prizes for best pumpkin and costume.
Pumpkin Day and Harvest Swap: 2nd Nov
Come along to the Cheese & Grain on Saturday 2nd November for a day of celebrating local food. Facilitated by Frome Field 2 Fork CIC, there will be a community harvest swap, market stalls, free kids activities as well as free talks and workshops.
Adventures at… The Town Hall: 2nd Nov
Get ready for this super exciting adventure! Kids will rule once and for all, in a takeover of Frome Town Hall with local company Terrestrial on Friday 1st and Saturday 2nd November..
