Gentle Yoga

Elaine teaches ‘gentle’ yoga because it is slow, powerful, mindful and subtle.
Elaine’s classes are fun and friendly – you don’t have to be super flexible or have a bionic body!
What ever your experience, age, or ability, Elaine will help you benefit from the practice by offering up modifications tailored to suit your individual needs.
Options to take the practice more gently or strongly are offered and beginners are very welcome.
Classes typically feature a series of postures, plus breathing, sound and visualisation practises, in the approach of Krishnamacharya/Desikachar.
Frome based classes are organised with Frome Community Education (FCE) and Somerset Skills & Learning (SS&L):
