Love Your Body – Beginners Yoga
’Love Your Body’ is a 6 week yoga course aimed at complete beginners as well as those who want to get back to basics and receive a more thorough grounding in the practice. We will learn together at a steady pace, with clear instructions and encouragement, in a small group (maximum 10 people).
The aim is for a deeper connection with the body, through mindful breath and self care, in order to nurture a more intimate and compassionate relationship with our whole self.
When we practise yoga with proper care and attention the whole of our lives can change for the better. The body becomes supple and stable, the mind clear and bright and the daily challenges of modern life become more manageable.
The first 2 classes (Oct 2nd & 9th) are open for anyone to try before signing up for the 6 week course starting October 23rd. Making this clear commitment to yourself is an essential part of the journey to true wellbeing.

Testimonials:
‘Marina really taught the skills, meaning and process of yoga so that I really understood the postures. She was gentle, calm and supportive’.
‘I’ve had chronic back pain for years and just this morning, I woke up with much, much less pain. I am absolutely sure it’s the yoga. Thank you again for the mind, body and spirit attention you give. I’m so grateful’.
‘Marina’s care, compassion, humour and enthusiasm, made the yoga extra special’
‘I feel totally revived by the course. Marina’s yoga was transformative’
‘I am now more flexible and find it much easier to bend down. I am sleeping better and my midriff seems to have gone down. If I’m feeling a bit down, I feel much better after yoga’.
‘Yoga is now something I look forward to. I’m not always able to do some things but try, try, try again and it gets better all the time’.
‘I find the way Marina describes each movement so clearly means, I can just listen and move, and I don’t seem to get in such a muddle with in/out breath as with other experiences.’
