Moo and Two
When Moo and Two’s tea project started in 2012, they were set on finding, tasting and blending some of the best quality loose leaf teas that India had to offer. They were looking for both black and green organic teas that would pair with our style and recipes.
Their research took them to some of the finest plantations where they met with the pickers, growers and owners who all shared their wealth of knowledge. From these tea-fuelled afternoons they were able to set up solid contacts for importing the tea that they now have today.
With the tea sourced and blends developing seasonally, they are now producing a delicious range. Each leaf travels to them straight from the plantations, ready to be blended in house, packaged and brewed.
They are also proud to provide some of the finest coffee in town. Working closely with friends at Round Hill Roastery, they are brewing beautifully roasted, and honestly sourced beans everyday.
The coffee pairs perfectly with their local organic, non-homogenised Ivyhouse Farm milk.
Moo and Two is part of the You’re Welcome scheme. This means that you are welcome to use their loos and refill your water bottle at this venue without needing to buy further offerings.
