Tai Chi Qigong for Beginners. Tai Chi Qigong is a mind and body practice that incorporates posture, breathing techniques and soft flowing movements. Amongst many health benefits it can lead to improvements in breathing, strength and flexibility, balance and coordination. Suitable for most fitness levels it is a more meditative form of exercise and a great way to relax and de-stress.

Upcoming short courses
An introductory course starts on Friday 5th August 3.30pm – 4.30pm at Frome Cricket Club. Cost is £39 for 6 weeks.
This short course aims to provide an introduction to the practice at an easy pace. There will be the opportunity to join a regular class after the course has finished. The course will cover a variety of Qigong exercises, but the main focus will be on Shibashi Set 1.
