Archangel

The Archangel, located on King Street in Frome, offers a delicious seasonal menu, Sunday roasts and more from their beautiful free-floating glass restaurant. Children’s menus are also available.

Bistro Lotte

Bistro Lotte serves fabulous, affordable classic French cuisine. From freshly baked sourdough, croissants and full breakfasts, to steak frites and boeuf bourguignon. The Blue Boar

Situated in the centre of Frome, The Blue Boar is a family-friendly pub with a warm welcoming atmosphere. Dating back to the 17th century, the pub is now also available as a B&B. They offer a variety of real ales and old-world charm.

Burrito Boi

Burrito Boi offer delicious Mexican cuisine, featuring burritos made from ethically and locally sourced produce. Classic cocktails done well and available with a Mexican twist, local and independent draught beer & cider, organic wines and more! Café La Strada

A family-run business, Café La Strada has been popular with Frome locals and visitors for over 20 years. Offering ‘illy‘ speciality coffee, along with a wide selection of other hot and cold drinks, including delicious milkshakes made with La Strada’s very own homemade ice cream. Cheese & Grain Café Bar

Not only is the Cheese & Grain a firm Frome favourite for all things music and markets, it also has a lovely café! Cordero Lounge

‘The Lounges’ are informal, neighbourhood food led café/bars open all-day everyday where families, friends, and locals can come for a coffee, a drink, or something to eat in a relaxed comfortable environment. The interiors are comfortable, inviting, and a bit eccentric. Cordero Lounge offers a bright and airy space for 300 ‘Loungers’, including about 50 in the sheltered sun-trap courtyard.

The small, family run restaurant serves a delicious, ever changing menu of Moorish Tapas inspired by the robust, flavoursome cooking of Spain, North Africa and the Middle East. Moo and Two is a unique specialist coffee and tea house, set in the heart of Frome’s artisan quarter. With art on the walls and vinyl on the speakers Moo and Two is well worth a visit when in Frome, and is certainly a great place to enjoy tea or coffee and have a bite to eat.

NOOK

NOOK is an Australian juice and bowl bar serving cold press juices, smoothies, breakfast and Hawaiian poke bowls and vegan sweet treats. They also offer batch brew and cold brew coffee, as well as a selection of whole leaf teas. NOOK’s menu is 100% gluten free and 80% vegan (apart from their range of proteins) and their produce is organic, local and ethically sourced where possible.

The Old Bake House

The Old Bakehouse bake everything they sell on the premises and use the best quality ingredients. As well as unique and wonderful celebratory cakes, they also bake ordinary cakes, pastries and various breads. They freshly bake all breads daily. These range from the traditional white and wholemeal to rustic flavours such as cottage cheese and dill, sun dried tomato, olive, apple, cinnamon and sultana. The selection varies on the whim of the baker. This means you can always be assured of a surprise!

The Old Bath Arms

Enjoy a home cooked meal from an extensive menu at the Old Bath Arms, either inside the homely restaurant or dining alfresco in their outdoor patio area. Vegetarian and vegan menus are available, as well as Sunday roasts and a ‘Spanish Fridays’ deal. There is also a wide variety of beers, wines and cocktails available, as well as soft drinks.

Rye Bakery is a cafe and bakery at the HUBnub centre in the heart of Frome, with a play space for children and a spacious garden. The menu is focused on seasonality and sustainable farming methods, sourcing vegetables from their own walled gardens and the finest Somerset producers. They bake a range of sourdough breads daily using freshly milled flour and make all of the soft drinks and ice creams themselves.

The Ship

Family-friendly pub, welcome to one and all. The Ship is a great place to meet friends and family for a drink and enjoy a fantastic menu courtesy of Coop Kitchen. Coop Kitchen’s food is inspired by street food trucks which make international cuisine accessible and affordable, designed to be eaten with hands rather than knives and forks.

The Sun Inn

The Sun Inn is a lively locals pub and boasts one of Frome’s largest courtyard gardens. It is well known for its real ales, cold filter beers, traditional ‘rough’ Somerset ciders and large selection of spirits.

The Three Swans

The Three Swans is one of the oldest pubs in Frome, small in size but big in character and will make you feel right at home.
