30 MILE FEAST WITH VALLIS FARM

Join us for a celebration of local food and drink in our beautiful kitchen garden at Vallis Farm. The afternoon begins with drinks and fantastic views of the Somerset countryside within walking distance of Frome. Tamsin, our Estates Manager will be on hand to answer any questions about the farm and our ethos. We will then have a tour of the farm, including it’s market garden, forest garden and new community orchard. As well as finding out about the wealth of biodiversity we have on our site and the increases we’ve seen over the three years we’ve been here. On returning to the kitchen garden you will find a sumptuous feast of dishes created by our chef with all ingredients coming either direct from the farm or from growers and producers within a 30 mile radius. July is a fantastic month for local produce so expect to be very full! The bar will stay open until 9pm so you’re welcome to hang out by the fire in the roundhouse and watch the sun sink with a glass or two of local wine.
