Booking is only available on Eventbrite: click here
How can mindfulness and nature connection deepen our understanding of ourselves and support us through uncertain times?
In this experiential workshop, Tom and Barbara will offer you guided practices inviting in the imaginal and allowing nature’s metaphors and mirrors to offer insight and inspiration for navigating life’s challenges with resilience and creativity.
This workshop will be outdoors, offering you the calming and grounding benefits of immersing yourself in nature for the morning.
The workshop will take place at The Warren in The Woods, near Upton Noble (7 miles from Frome).
Tom Veck is a mindfulness teacher and facilitator, and Barbara Gonzalez is a nature-based psychotherapeutic counsellor and nature connection facilitator. They are the founders and directors of Better Nature Ecotherapy CIC, which is dedicated to making nature based wellbeing services accessible and affordable for all.
*** Please note, this workshop is not designed as a psychotherapeutic intervention.
