Looking for a way to keep moving and stay healthy and happy? This 8 week hoop dance course will blend circus tricks, dance and yoga-based stretches. We’ll focus on a different area each week. There’s a balance of group learning and time to get to grips with things yourself as well as individual attention in every class. We’ll start with the basics each session and those who are ready will be offered options to build on.

• Do I need dance experience or coordination?
– No way! Come as you are, everyone’s here to learn.
• Is it just for kids / girls / hipsters / yoga types?
– Nope – over the years men and women of all ages have joined us for courses (along with some accompanied young folks)
• Do I need a special hoop?
– I have special hoops! Sessions in Frome have hoops supplied or I can make you one to order if you get hooked.
• Do you do drop-in classes?
– No, this works best as a course so you guys progress together and get to know one another.
