Join us for a special evening event to welcome the festive season on Friday 26th November!
Building on the success of our very first edition of A Little Night Market back in the summer, The Frome Independent is once again bringing its capsule night market to the Market Yard, from 4pm – 8:30pm.
Come along to the Market Yard outside the library from 4pm and grab a bite to eat before enjoying the magic of the Light the Night lantern parade and the Frome Christmas Light Switch On!
Follow the lantern parade back round to A Little Night Market, where you’ll find traders from Frome and the local area selling the best of contemporary craft and design in the South West.
Soak up the festive atmosphere, check off your Christmas shopping list then relax with delicious street food, drinks and music.
Come and join us in the Market Yard area in the town centre, next to Frome Library.
Safety advice for visitors:
Whilst restrictions in England are now lifted, we will still have distancing and hygiene measures in place including contactless payments and hand sanitiser stations.
We would love for all visitors to help us by:
– Staying at home if you have symptoms, if you have been advised to self-isolate or have had contact with someone who has Covid-19.
– Taking a free lateral flow test before you go out.
– Respecting social distancing, especially when queuing and browsing.
Shopping with your eyes! Try to only handle goods you’re planning to buy.
Parking:
All Mendip District Council owned town centre car parks (other than the area of the Market Yard Car Park that A Little Night Market will occupy) will be open and available for use. More information can be found on our transport page.
