Action Learning Facilitation Training

This one day course is a practical, hands-on training in how to facilitate an Action Learning Set. Action Learning is a process that involves a small group working on real problems, taking action and learning as individuals, as a team, as a whole.

It is a structured, practical method of working that enables small groups to address complicated issues by meeting regularly and working collectively. It can help foster the discipline we often need to help us learn from what we do, and improve our practice. Both our peers and the group facilitator help us develop creative, flexible and successful strategies – using the group’s collective intelligence and creativity to find solutions we may not have come up with alone.

This event is free to all, but booking is essential. We will ask you to complete some short paperwork and feedback forms.
