Aerial Classes for Adults

Aerial is an enjoyable way to build strength, challenge yourself, gain confidence, whilst keeping fit and having fun! No previous experience necessary, all welcome over the age of 18.

SisterEdge Aerial Classes were set up by Alex who is a professional aerial and physical performer, producer and teacher. After working for many years for other academies (including Circomedia in Bristol) she decided to set up her own classes. Some people join the classes to ‘run away with the circus’ others because they want a unique type of exercise and some a bit of both!
