Bees are vital for pollinating much of the food we eat. They also produce honey.
Come along and explore the wonders of the honey bee; see inside a working beehive. Identify the workers, drones and hopefully the Queen. See developing bees in the comb as well as stored honey and pollen.
Bee suits and gloves are provided but please bring along wellies.
You will need to make your way to our apiary near the entrance of the Cheese Show field on the Maiden Bradley road.

Not suitable for those with allergies to bee stings. Minimum age 14.
