Kindness to Ourselves: Being Kind to our Body
Our body is often the aspect of ourselves that we forget to be kind to. We expect it to be able to cope with all life’s challenges without, in fact, taking account of its humanness. How can we start to listen to and respond to its needs?
This will be a practical and exploratory introductory workshop led by Terésa Hadland, a body therapist with over forty years’ experience.
Suitable for everyone; please wear comfortable clothing. Bring a yoga mat or similar and a cushion and blanket if you have one.
