Biodanza is a barefoot “conscious dance” process with Latin roots.
It’s a playful practice of being in the “here and now” through movement, connection and relaxation.
It’s suitable for all ages and fitness levels, anyone who wants to make friends with their body and give their brain a holiday. No steps to learn, no experience needed.
There will be two sessions with a break for a picnic lunch. Bring food to share or just for yourself.
