A 30-minute class consisting of a mixture of bodyweight exercises that will give you a whole body workout!
My classes are created so that everyone can work at their own pace, no matter your fitness level. As long as you work to your max capacity you will achieve great things!
At the end, we’ll have 5-10 minutes where you can ask any questions. For example, you can ask me about an exercise that we did during the class that you are unsure about.
You will all be muted so feel free to play your own music during the class. No equipment required!
