Conservation Work at The Dippy

FROGS: The community group has made great progress already in improving access to The Dippy (between Adderwell and Keyford), widening the paths, removing old fencing and tree-guards and clearing some of the bramble.

We are keen to do as much work as possible before the nesting season really gets underway and have two more sessions planned in the coming weeks – Saturday 28 February and Sunday 8 March, both from 10am to 12 noon.  We would welcome more volunteers

Bring rakes, loppers, spades if possible. Wear stout footwear and suitable clothing. We will provide gardening gloves. Children 14+ welcome but must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times. Please arrive promptly at 10am to receive instructions and hear latest news. Meet at the bridge.
