Last year Cara came with husband Sam Lakeman and recorded all the piano and vocals for her latest album Wanderer here at Cooper Hall. The album explores a longing for home which thousands of Irish migrants have known only too well over the centuries. It’s beautifully touching and includes self penned tracks alongside more traditional material. Come and experience the purest of voices in our small and intimate setting – it’s a fabulous opportunity to hear one of the best contemporary folk singers of our time up close and very personal.
