Walking meditation is a central part of Buddhist practice. Come and experience ways to walk mindfully, awaken your senses, connect with your inner stillness, and discover what happens to the mind and body when the world slows down.
All workshops are 2 ½ hours (2 hours walking, followed by discussion in a local café/pub)
All workshops take place in Frome and surrounding area, suitable for 16 plus ages.
