ELGAR AND SCHUBERT – QUORUM WITH CHARLES WIFFEN

Quorum are delighted to be back with two magnificent works – Elgar’s enigmatic piano quintet, written in the aftermath of the First World War, and Schubert’s string quintet in C, a profound work written shortly before his death in 1828. Alison Townley, Lucy Hewson, Stefanie Heichelheim and Keith Tempest are joined by pianist Charles Wiffen and cellist Matthew Greswell.
