A night to celebrate the wonderful life of Crysse Morrison with the inaugural prize for poetry presented by world-renowned stand-up poet and comedian Elvis McGonagall.

A deftly witty wordsmith, sharp and subversive but not afraid to be plain daft, Elvis has been spitting his scurrilous diatribes against the powers that be since 2003. And in amongst his musings he will be presenting the poetry prizes and launching Crysse’s posthumous new book DEFINITELY GETTING THERE. This promises to be a night of comedy and poetry, new and old, and a time to celebrate the spoken word.
