Andrew and Lit will safely guide you through this unique, two-hour experience, known as the AUM meditation.
We will support you over two hours through 14 aspects of human experience: anger, forgiveness, love, stamina, life energy, chaos, dance, sadness, laughter, sensuality, chanting, silence, respect and sharing.
AUM stands for awareness, understanding and meditation and combines movement and vocal expression. By participating in the AUM you can experience a deep sense of aliveness, warmth, relaxation and get a taste for life again!
Why do the AUM Meditation?
Many people are not completely aware of their emotions. When those emotions get pent-up as stress, they can eventually transform into tense muscles, a nasty remark, isolation, or a fight with your partner.
Rather than telling you in words how to handle your feelings, the AUM Meditation guides you step by step to experience your emotions in a safe way with the support of others. In this process you will release stress and learn what is going on behind unconscious reactions.
This awareness will help you to understand what you need, so that you can create a healthy and fulfilling life.
The AUM is also unique because it is a Social Meditation. This means that your co-meditators will support you and act as mirrors in which you will be able to see yourself more clearly. The AUM will help you to deepen friendships and create new ones. It will get you in touch with your power and vitality.
