Sensory walks help you engage with nature so that you can use your senses to connect with your surroundings, have meaningful experiences and be active. A sensory walk does not have to be long, nor do you have to walk far and you don’t need to take any specialist equipment.
Walking has many benefits including improved social connections, reduced anxiety and stress, improved self-esteem, improved sleep and can help you to reconnect with nature in your local area. We will stop and have a picnic lunch. A fantastic way to enjoy the outdoors with the family.
