Our friends at Vallis Farm are continuing to put their beautiful setting and considerable talents to use for WHY, as part of Estate Manager Tamsin’s fundraising for the 2024 Northern Lights trek.
Tickle your tastebuds and celebrate the turning of the year at this autumnal ‘Fire and Folk’ event at the farm on Saturday 28th October. There will be music and storytelling, kids’ activities and a locally-sourced meal around the campfire. Lush!
Adults £20, children £15, including tour of the farm, meal and entertainment. Bring cash or card for the bar and additional snacks.
Arrive at the farm from 3pm. There will be Halloween and Harvest activities for the kids, plus snacks and drinks for sale. There’s plenty of places to sit and enjoy our new market and kitchen gardens. Around the fire there will be stories for everyone. A farm tour will take place around 4pm (for those who wish to join, you’re welcome to sit and enjoy the view!) and then we’ll eat! There’ll be plenty of good food everyone and a bar selling mulled cider and apple juice. We will then gather around the fire for folk music and spooky tales to see in the night. There’s a special performance from the wonderful Mica Sinclair.
