Come and learn about the wild plants and herbs we have growing on our land and their medicinal value as tea. Learn the key identification features of each plant and when is best to harvest them.
A light and fun interactive day, based on practical skills, flavour and led by our in-house foragers and land and food team. The day will consist of a large foraging walk, tasting, smelling different wild plants and medicines and gathering plenty to prepare and dehydrate.
Lunch will include 42 Mezze Platter, Wild Tea and Cake!
In the afternoon we’ll be preparing plants and herbs for the dehydration area at the Tiny Wild Kitchen and making up herbal tea blends for you to take home.

An ideal day to spend on our land just for fun, as a budding forager or chef or someone who loves gardening and bringing home grown flavours into your life.
Once the day has finished you are welcome to go for a swim in our lake or enjoy the scenery before heading home again.
As part of the day we hold a short meditation and a check in, in the spirit of enhancing our own stillness and ability to connect and harmonize with our surroundings and each other.
We are in the process of redeveloping the Discover Frome website, and invite you to share your views on the current site with us.
