Free Aerial & Acroyoga Workshop for Women

To celebrate International Women’s Day here in Frome, SisterEdge Aerial and Esmeralda Yoga have collaborated to offer a very special free 2 hour aerial and acroyoga workshop.

The workshop is open to anyone who identifies as a woman and is for all ability levels! We’ll spend half the workshop time on each skill, swapping halfway through so everyone gets a taste of these two exciting activities.
