FREE Self Defence Classes

Sponsored by Knightstone Housing and Sport England. We are offering FREE Self Defence classes at 5.45 at the Steiner Academy for ages 14 and upwards. We also have FREE childcare with a qualified and checked child carer. Top quality teaching from an experienced, insured Instructor. New people are welcome at any time. The skills you learn could save you life, or the life of a loved one. Classes are safe, challenging and lots of FUN!
