Discover how to move with greater ease, awareness and finesse with the gentle floor-based movement lessons of the Feldenkrais Method. Unlike exercise classes, here you try out movements and feel how other parts of you are joining in. As you gradually fill out your internal picture of your moving self, everything starts to feel more fluid and comfortable. Along the way you encounter your unconscious patterns of holding and gradually explore new options for greater freedom in movement and in life.
Suitable for all ages and abilities, although you must be able to get down to and up from the floor. Please bring a mat or rug to lie on and wear warm, comfortable clothes that you can move in, including socks.
