Judas Goat & the Bellwether are a new band on the circuit formed by Frome-based singer/songwriter, Sara Vian and Pete Vincent, a multi-instrumentalist from Yeovil described as “Indie-Rock alchemy, transforming leaden woes into sonic gold” with melancholic riffs, moody basslines & powerful, nuanced vocals; now fully backed by Scrivo on bass (Trowbridge), Strefan on drums (Bath) and Sash on lead guitar/shrewti (Westbury). Long Sun are an Psychedelic Indie Rock mutation of Somerset-based acoustic troubadours, Spidreen, instigated when guitarist, Pete Vincent and bassist “Charlie” Drake decided to swap roles, now culminating in a soaring twin guitar attack intertwined with an understated yet powerful rhythm section crowned with John Stafford’s bold vocals.
