A choir for young people aged 6-14 years from Frome and surrounding areas, run by Musical Director Steph Collishaw, who has been a music teacher for over 23 years.
The choir sings lots of different music and learns through games and fun exercises. There are no auditions and no need to read music as all the songs are learnt by ear. It’s a great way to develop musical appreciation, confidence and focus whilst still having fun and meeting new people.
The choir meets weekly during term time in the Steiner School on Park Road from 5.15pm (for a 5.30pm start). A term costs £44 for 11 sessions (including a rehearsal on the day of the end-of-term concert). The Christmas concert will be on Sunday 2 December.
